About Our Teams

Our team is recruited not only for their qualifications but also for their caring and nurturing nature, ensuring that all of our children are cared for in a professional and understanding way. We provide a balance of staff - employing all ages, experiences, cultural backgrounds, and genders, presenting positive role models for all the children in our care, and creating an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of early years education including SVQ/HNC Level, up to Degree level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment. Requirements:
HNC/SVQ in Social Services and Young People or equivalent (essential).
Member of the PVG Scheme (required).
Good written English and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word (training provided).
A true love for working with babies aged 0-2 years.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 4-day workweek, Monday to Friday (7:45 am – 6:00 pm)
Location: In person at Healthy Steps Nursery, Glasgow
