Healthy Steps: Part Time Nursery School Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who would like to be part of a dynamic team. Someone who is familiar with administrative duties and a people person who can connect with families. If you would like to join us as an administrator who also helps welcome new families into our nursery ensuring they have a seamless positive experience by helping with the enrolment process, then this position is designed for you.

In this role, you will:

- Be supported by the manager and owner.

- Carry out general administrative tasks.

- Have experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point.

- Answer telephone enquiries.

- Dealing with emails.

- Assist with enrolment, guiding families through the enrolment application process, ensuring a smooth transition into our centre.

- Manage follow-up communications, addressing any concerns and providing additional information as needed to secure enrolments.

- Assist with all data input to maintain accurate pupil records.

- Operating digital programmes.

- Routine cash handling duties including, recording payments for uniforms, branded items, trips, etc.

- Training and support is available for successful candidates.

- A true love for working with babies aged 0-2 years.
